Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Nirmantix handles refund requests for Nirmantix Station.

General Approach

Refunds are reviewed case by case unless a specific offer, campaign, or local law requires a different rule.

Recurring Plans

  • If you cancel a recurring plan, access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period unless the provider flow states otherwise.
  • We do not guarantee prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.

Credits, Add-Ons, And Script Addons

  • Credits, tunnel add-ons, and script-addon purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, or materially used.
  • Exceptions may be considered in cases such as duplicate billing, confirmed platform-side errors, or legal obligations.

LTD And Coupon-Based Purchases

  • LTD and coupon-based offers are generally treated as special or campaign-based purchases.
  • Once a coupon has been redeemed or an LTD entitlement has been provisioned, refunds are typically not available unless required by law or approved by Nirmantix in exceptional circumstances.

When We May Consider A Refund

We may consider refunds for reasons including:

  • duplicate or accidental charges
  • confirmed service-side provisioning failure
  • billing-provider error
  • legal or consumer-protection requirements

How To Request A Refund

Contact hello@nirmantix.com with:

  • the email address on the account
  • the payment provider used
  • the order, subscription, or transaction details
  • a short explanation of the issue

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or through the relevant billing provider flow, subject to provider processing times.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the site will control.
